Why you should start a GRATITUDE JAR

Happy Thanksgiving.

Before the madness of the day starts, I want to say thank you.

I’m incredibly grateful for this community—for everyone here who is chasing growth and pushing to be better.

When I look at what we're building here, it reminds me that the best parts of life aren't the milestones, but the people you share them with.

That realization is actually what kickstarted a small experiment in our kitchen.

A few years ago, we started a tradition called the GRATITUDE JAR. We’d write down one thing we were grateful for daily, and friends would add to it when they visited.

When we read them at the end of the year, we realized something:

IT WAS NEVER ABOUT THE BIG STUFF.

It wasn’t the cars or the 5-star vacations. It was the micro-interactions. The “awesome convo in the sauna” or “laughing over dinner.”

That’s the real stuff. Focus on that today.

One last piece of advice:

Don't let the holiday chaos kill your routine.

My morning workout is a non-negotiable—even today. It gives me the clarity to show up fully for the people around me.

Get the sweat in. Then enjoy the feast.

See you out there,
Eric

P.S. If you’re stuck on what to get the high-performers in your life (or you just want to upgrade your own routine), I pulled together a list of the GEAR I ACTUALLY USE.

From recovery tools to training essentials, these are the investments that help me show up at my best.
