Looking back on my 30s, the decisions that compounded the most weren't the big swings. They were the quiet, intentional inputs. The things I chose to put in every single day.
Here's what I mean:
I focused on the hardest tasks earlier in the day when I had the most mental clarity and cognitive function.
I prioritized morning movement. Non-negotiable.

I designed my perfect day.

I moved to an environment where I truly thrive.
