Oops ... broken link

(we all make mistakes)

Oops… I accidentally sent a broken link for Manna Ocean in the last email.

Many of you have responded by saying that it wasn’t working. When I first saw this I started sweating, I hate when this happens. I know it was something small, but it was avoidable. And I take pride in doing the little things right.

But at the end of the day, mistakes are part of life—small ones, big ones, all of them.

It’s easy to look back and kick ourselves for what we missed, but that’s the thing about mistakes: they teach us.

They remind us that we’re not supposed to have everything figured out right away. They remind us that we are human.

The important part? Learning from them. Taking ownership. And doing what you can afterward.

Next time you make a mistake, instead of beating yourself up, ask, What can I take away from this?

Use it as a stepping stone, and keep moving forward.

And if longevity and performance are priorities for you too, Manna is offering 10% off to Movement Memo subscribers with the code “Eric” at checkout. Give it a try—it’s made a noticeable impact on my energy and endurance.

Happy Saturday.

Best,

Eric
