Today's Quote

“What gets measured gets managed.”

– Peter Drucker

If you want to get better, you’ve got to measure it.

You can’t improve what you don’t track.

Metrics show you the gaps—the spaces between where you are and where you want to be.

Once you see it, you can manage it.

And once you manage it, growth becomes inevitable.

Today's Lesson Learned

We are entering the start of Q4, and anyone in the entrepreneurship world knows this is the most important time of year.

It’s what you’ve been working for since January. Everything has been building to this movement. And there is one question that you get to answer.

Are you better in every way today, than you were one year ago?

This is all that matters; that’s the gold standard you're striving for.

This week I pulled up my personal improvement plan from the start of 2024 to evaluate my performance year-to-date. I like to keep it simple. Below are my exact goals from the start of the year.

2024 Personal Commitment Statement: I will drop some of the balls I am currently juggling through:

  • Delegation

  • Automation

  • Elimination

Action Items:

    Delegation:

  1. Hire a team to help with content strategy and editing. (Check)

  2. Hire a virtual assistant to help execute emails and action items from meetings (not yet)

     Automation:

  1. Use AI to take notes from meetings (Check)

  2. Leverage AI for assistance in script creation (.5)

     Elimination:

  1. Save and share responses to FAQ (Check)

  2. Create systems for connecting people who will benefit from knowing one another. (Check)

I’ve completed 4.5 of the 6 goals that I set for myself at the start of the year, which means I am exactly on track for the end of the year.

6 goals / 4 quarters = 1.5 goals per quarter.

1.5 goals per quarter X 3 completed quarters = 4.5 completed goals at the end of Q3.

Do I still have some work to do, absolutely. But sustainable progress doesn’t happen overnight.

Beginners make the mistake of trying to change everything all at once. Professionals know to create a lasting impact you need to iterate, fail, restart, and work your way through. Growth isn’t linear, it’s messy until it becomes exponential.

If you’re ambitious like me (and if you’re reading this you are), I encourage you to look back on your goals from the start of the year and measure your progress.

Q4 represents 25% of the year. That’s:

  • 92 Days

  • 2,208 Hours

  • 132,480 Minutes

  • 7,948,800 Seconds

So if you haven’t hit all of your goals, that’s fine. (You’re like me). And you still have time.

Hopefully, you’ve made progress.

But if you haven’t you still have 25% of the year to make the changes you wanted to in 2024.

And as you start to set goals for 2025,  will you be able to look back in one year and say you’re better in every aspect than you are today?

As we age, our bodies change, and they stop recovering as quickly. That’s where Cheribundi Tart Cherry Juice comes into play. Packed with natural antioxidants and anthocyanins, this juice is a powerhouse for reducing inflammation, speeding recovery, supporting immunity, and improving sleep.

Cheribundi Tart Cherry Juice isn’t just another supplement; it’s a superfood with scientifically backed benefits. The high antioxidant content in tart cherries helps reduce inflammation and pain naturally, making it as effective as traditional anti-inflammatories like aspirin. For endurance athletes, recovery is as crucial as training. Incorporating tart cherry juice into your routine can significantly reduce muscle soreness and inflammation caused by intense workouts, allowing you to recover faster and train harder. The juice’s natural melatonin also helps improve sleep quality, ensuring you get the rest you need to rebuild and perform.

Adding Cheribundi to your daily routine is simple: drink it straight after workouts to boost recovery, mix it into your post-workout protein shake, or combine it with water for a hydrating post-exercise drink. To maximize the benefits, consume 8-16 ounces of tart cherry juice daily, depending on your training intensity. Cheribundi’s 100% pure tart cherry juice ensures you get the highest concentration of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds without added sugars or artificial ingredients. Try Cheribundi today and feel the difference.
