The voices and messages we encounter daily shape our lives profoundly. 

The people we listen to and the content we consume significantly impact our thoughts, behaviors, and ultimately, our identity. Instead of passively absorbing information, we can take control by curating our influences and being intentional about what and who we listen to.

By doing so, we actively shape who we become.

Here are 9 ideas on how who you listen to shapes who you become to reflect on this weekend:

Social media, news outlets, friends, family, and colleagues all vie for our attention. It's crucial to be discerning about where you focus your energy and attention. 

Choose to engage with content and individuals that uplift, educate, and inspire you.

Just as you are mindful of what you eat, be equally mindful of what you consume mentally. 

Fill your days with podcasts, books, and articles that align with your values and goals. 

Seek out positive, insightful, and motivational content that propels you forward.
